Real estate photography pricing should be simple enough for agents to quote quickly and flexible enough for each listing. WMREM offers a la carte pricing for professional photos, Matterport 3D tours, Zillow 3D tours, CubiCasa floor plans, drone images, and rush delivery without forcing every property into a large media package.

All usable images captured during the shoot will be provided in a review gallery for client selection. Additional edited images are $5 each, same-shoot only, if extra usable images were captured. Extra images are not guaranteed.

Matterport tours help buyers understand the layout before they schedule a showing. When requested, WMREM can also transfer the completed Matterport scan to the client's Matterport account at no additional charge.

The photo count increases with the size of the property, and the review-gallery workflow lets the client choose which images move into final editing.

Drone service depends on the property location, airspace, weather, and safe operating conditions. WMREM is operated by an FAA Part 107 remote pilot, and drone images are quoted as a separate add-on so smaller listings are not forced into unnecessary media costs.
