💸 Tiered Discount System – Save More by Bundling

✅ Notes:

  • All drone work is performed by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot.
  • Grace buffer: If the home is within 50 sq ft of a threshold, we honor the lower tier.
  • Drone photo availability is subject to airspace restrictions or LAANC clearance.
  • Matterport hosting is offered for 2 months free of charge, if additional time needed, it will be offered at 3 month bulk intervals.  
  • For properties over 5,000 sq. ft. or for custom project needs, please contact us for a bespoke quote.
  • Pricing subject to change.
  • Travel fees may apply outside designated service zones (under 25 miles from office is free, $0.70 per mile after 25 miles). 
  • When services are rendered, please plan for each service to take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    • For larger homes, please plan for an additional time padding of approximately 15 minutes per 1000 sq. ft.
