Booking and Scheduling

What services do you offer?
HDR photography, aerial photo and video, Matterport 3D, property videos, short‑form clips, and floor plans. Packages are flexible so you can pick only what a listing requires.

How do I book a shoot?
Send the property address, access instructions, preferred date and time, and the services you want. You can email info@wmrem.com, use the Contact page, or call (714) 333‑1212.

How far in advance should I schedule?
Weekdays usually have availability within a few days. Prime slots fill quickly. If you have a firm launch date, book as soon as you have access.

Do you work weekends or holidays?
Available by request when the calendar permits. A weekend or holiday surcharge may apply.

 

On‑site Process

Do you stage properties?
Light staging only, such as straightening pillows and small items. Full staging is not included.

Does someone need to be present?
Not required. A lockbox code or digital access is fine. Please confirm alarm status and gate codes.

How long does a typical shoot take?
Most residential photo sessions take 60 minutes. Add time for video, 3D capture, or large properties.

Do you photograph occupied homes?
Yes. Please secure personal items and notify occupants that photo and video capture will occur.

Are pets a concern?
Please secure pets for their safety and to prevent them from appearing in the media.

 

Deliverables and Turnaround

What is the standard turnaround time?
Photos are typically delivered the next business day. Video and Matterport can take longer depending on scope. Rush delivery is available when the schedule permits.

How are files delivered?
A download link with organized folders. Full sized as well as MLS‑ready sizes are included. Please note, some MLS sizes differ, please included if needed what size you’d like, standard MLS size sent in package is typically 2,000 Pixels wide.

How long are download links active?
Links remain active for at least 90 days. Long‑term archiving is available.

 

Pricing and Payment

How do you price your services?
Transparent package pricing is listed on the Pricing page. Custom quotes are available for unique properties or scope.

What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards and ACH. Invoices are issued upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Do you offer Pay‑After‑Sale?
Yes, currently two options are available for agreement via contract: 

  • A structured payment option of $100 at time of shooting with the remainder to be paid at +30 days of close.
  • For qualifying agents, zero down and full payment at +30 days of close.
  •  Please note, BOTH Pay-After-Sales options require a singed contact by the agent or realtor.

What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?
Please provide 24 hours notice to avoid a fee. Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows may incur a call‑out fee.

 

Licensing and Usage

Who owns the photos and videos?
WMREM retains ownership and licenses the media for a single property listing for the duration of that listing. This keeps ownership clear and budgets predictable.

Can I reuse images for another property or for general marketing?
Upon agreement, yes. Ask about extended or perpetual licenses for reuse by an agent, brokerage, builder, or stager.

Can my vendors or third parties use the images?
Third‑party use is not included in the standard listing license. Contact us for an appropriate license.

Can WMREM use the images for portfolio or social media?
Yes, unless you request a short embargo for a launch date. We respect reasonable confidentiality when asked in advance.

 

Weather, Reshoots, and Quality

What happens if the weather is bad?
Overcast is usually fine for interiors and many exteriors. Heavy rain or high winds can stop outdoor or drone work. We will recommend the safest and most efficient plan.

Do you offer blue hour or twilight sessions?
Yes, by appointment. Availability depends on the season and schedule.

What is your reshoot policy?
If we miss an agreed‑upon shot list, we will return at no charge. Changes in scope, staging, or seasonal updates are billed at the standard rate.

Do you remove items or perform heavy retouching?
Minor fixes are included, such as small wall blemishes or sensor spots. Object removal, lawn replacement, and sky swaps are available as add‑ons when appropriate and allowed by the MLS.

 

Drone Operations

Are you licensed and insured for drone work?
Yes. Flights are operated by an FAA Part 107 certificated pilot with appropriate insurance.

Can you fly anywhere?
Some areas have airspace restrictions or local rules. We check airspace and request authorization when needed. If a flight is not permitted, we will offer safe alternatives.

 

3D walkthrough and Floor Plans

Do you provide Matterport tours?
Yes. Hosting is included for 90 days by default. Extended hosting is available monthly or annually.

Do you provide Zillow 3D tours?

Yes

Do you offer floor plans?
Yes, Basic CubiCasa 2D floor plan is a free add-on for all photoshoot. Advanced 2D and 3D is available upon request. Accuracy is suitable for marketing purposes only. Architectural measurement use is not claimed unless specified.

 

Service Area and Travel

What areas do you cover?
Regular coverage includes Los Angeles and Orange counties. Travel beyond these areas, typically further then 25 miles is available with a simple travel fee.

Do you shoot commercial or multi‑family properties?
Yes. Please share the scope and any site requirements for an accurate quote.

 

Preparation Checklist

How should the property be prepared?

  1. Complete cleaning and lawn care the day before.

  2. Declutter counters and open surfaces.

  3. Put away personal items and valuables.

  4. Replace burned bulbs and turn on all lights.

  5. Open blinds and curtains where appropriate.

  6. Park cars away from the front of the property.

  7. Secure pets.

  8. Provide access details in advance.

Compliance and MLS

Do you follow MLS media rules?
Yes. We aim to comply with local MLS guidelines. If you have brokerage requirements, share them when booking.
