Licensing and usage:

WMREM licenses media for use on a single property listing for the duration of that listing. If you need to reuse images for additional properties, a subdivision, a builder portfolio, or broad marketing, we offer upgrades, including extended or perpetual commercial licenses. This structure keeps ownership clear and budgets predictable.

• Canon R6 Mark II and others as needed, with supplemental lighting
• HDR and color‑managed workflows on calibrated monitors
• DaVinci Resolve Studio 20 for video finishing
• Tripods, sliders, and gimbals for stable capture

Service area:

Based in Southern California. Regular coverage includes Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, and Los Angeles Counties. Travel beyond these areas is available with a simple travel fee.
